A civil engineer with more than 25 years of professional experience in public works and roads, including technical and leadership roles within the ministry.
Education
He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering in Tashkent, now in Uzbekistan.
Professional experience
He served as Director General of the Public Works and Roads Office in Aden and as Deputy Minister for the Public Works Sector from 2017 to 2025. He also chaired the board of the Road Maintenance Fund.
International participation
He has taken part in specialized conferences and programmes, including World Bank and Arab housing ministers' events and a Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) programme in Japan on recovery and reconstruction.
